Today we enjoyed a day trip to Newport Beach and Balboa Island.
Took in the ocean breeze, the beautiful colors of all the blooming roses in front of the sweet little beach cottages, played in the arcade, ate cotton candy and rode the ferry to and from the island.
A detour on the way home to satisfy a need for Dairy Queen added to the loveliness of the day!
