This year Georgie Boy is the big man on campus. As he headed off to the older of the two pre-school classes he was happy and confident, ready to join his buddies and eager to get back to the play yard.
When I returned home from dropping him off to school, I walked in the house and breathed a big sigh. A good sigh though.
In the seven weeks since Vincent was born, this is the first week that this family of mine is on our own. In these past weeks we had the great help from our moms and then we jetted of to Canada.
And suddenly here we are, into September.
This week marks the first week figuring out what the life of a family of four will be like.
I think I'm going to like it.
