In an attempt to keep our little abode clean and organized now that we have another being living here, I am trying to keep 'stuff' to a minimum. So I have been doing a 'fall cleaning', clearing out unnecessary things and keeping shelves and wall space a little more open. It's actually amazing how doing this actually makes me feel a little lighter on my feet.
With the exception of plants. Adding green to different corners of the house has given each room a fresh feel and burst of color, without the look of clutter.
And I've also had a burst of inspiration to thread the machine and start some new sewing projects. Vincent didn't seem to mind the background hum of the machine as he lay on my bed and basked in the sun rays peeking through the windows and warming our little workroom.
