Eleven days in and I still can't believe the New Year is here. Oh how I enjoy the fresh, clean start of a new year. The hope and optimism of all the things that this year may bring.
It's been a month since I've visited this space here, and I've just popped in to say Happy New Year!
What a wonderful Christmas we had in Canada, three weeks filled with family and more family and the busyness and hustle and bustle that comes along with flying home for the holidays. I feel like I am only now catching my breath.
The suitcases are finally unpacked, the winter jackets put away, the sun is warm, the year is new.
